In partnership with KU’s Office of Academic Programs & Experiential Learning, Carson interviewed 15 professionals across Kansas City about career readiness and traits that college students can focus on to transition into full-time careers effectively.

Each video focused on a different competency: Career & Self Development, Communication, Critical Thinking, Equity & Inclusion, Leadership, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Technology. The videos are used across various career course modules to enhance the curriculum and introduce students to the career resources offered on a university level.
